WELCOME
This site
provides service for submitting an online Course Proposal Form
to the Office of Summer and
Winter Programs
DIRECTIONS: (please adjust your
browser text size using the View Option for most comfortable viewing)
The Course Proposal Form is to be
completed by faculty interested in teaching a special sessions
course. A course proposal form is required for ALL
courses. You are strongly encouraged to discuss this proposal
with your department chair or scheduling coordinator before
submitting this proposal.
Course proposals
received after the deadline date cannot
be included in the course catalog.
- Please remember to refresh web page and form.
- Course proposal text is typed in the
boxes provided ("fields").
- To move from field to field, use the
TAB key or click in field with mouse.
- For "multiple choices"
questions, use the space bar or mouse to "click" on your
selection.
- To return to a previous field, use the
SHIFT + TAB keys to move the cursor backwards, or click on the field
with the mouse.
- All items marked with a "*"
MUST be filled out for the form to be sent.
- Once the form is completed, click on
SUBMIT to forward it to the Office of Summer and Winter
Programs. We recommend that after completing the form, you print
it out as a hard copy for your records.
- The Office of Summer and Winter
Programs will obtain the authorization of the Department Chair before
this proposal is formally submitted to the Special Sessions Policy
Committee for approval.
