    Clutter…Interruptions…Powerful “others”…Fear of setting limits and boundaries…Procrastination…Time Wasters…Disorganization

Would you like to minimize the control these things have over your life? One of the most common objections people have about the quality of their life is the lack of adequate time they have available for “getting everything done.” In an increasingly busy and complex world, learning to manage time well can be a valuable tool for maintaining good health, reducing stress, and increasing one’s productivity and satisfaction – both on and off the job.

In this interactive full-day (8:30-4:30) workshop participants will examine their positive and negative uses of time and learn techniques for improving time management, prioritizing work, and overcoming procrastination.

Space is limited – Please register now!! Registration deadline is October 9th.

If you register for a workshop and your attendance plans change, please let us know. We will keep waiting lists for our programs. Please arrive early so we can begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.

You are welcome to eat in the training room for the lunch break. Please plan on bringing a brown bag lunch or purchasing food nearby (e.g., Administration Building).
