STUDIO PRODUCTION

Requires a minimum of one hour setup time.

TO INCLUDE:

  • 20' X 30'  Sound Stage Studio with Betacam / MiniDV master record
  • 2 - Sony DXC-327 Cameras
  • 16' Kliegel Lighting Grid with Dimmer
    • GVG 110 Switcher
    • 16-Channel Soundcraft BVE-200 Audio Mixer w/ Swept EQ

NOTE:   We may charge additional personnel fees depending on time and availability.   These will be negotiated in advance.   Also there are additional fees for videotapes and videotape copies as requested.   Toll charges may apply.   Satellite and bridging fees are the responsibilityof the registrants.

MEDIA DUPLICATION

Category One and Two rates apply to the media duplication rates listed below:

VHS

120 minutes $10 each

60 minutes $8 each

30 minutes $5 each

Prices include tape stock, cardboard sleeves and labels

DVD-R

$10 per   1 st copy, includes printing on disk and slim line CD holder

$8 each on bulk copies, includes printing on disk and slim line CD holder

$6 each for bulk, short length(less than 30 min.)

CD-R

$2 per copy, includes printing on disk and slim line CD case

Standards Conversion PAL-SECAM-NTSC

$12 per hour                              

BASIC WEBPAGE DEVELOPMENT

Includes basic site design, HTML coding and simple graphics preparation. Also includes Ongoing services provided in updating and maintaining existing sites

MULTIMEDIA PROGRAMING AND DYNAMIC WEB DEVELOPMENT

Development of web based information tools, including forms processing and database applications. May involve work in ASP, PHP or ColdFusion as well as CGI application development. Includes production of dynamic web graphics utilizing Macromadia Flash, Authorware and Director. May also include 3D animation production.

  $50 $100/hr.

WEB SITE MAINTENANCE

Site service is limited to basic maintenance such as creating simple pages within an existing site (not wholesale redesigns), and updating a site's Web links, photos or other static content. Pricing depends on complexity of site.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

An information architect is available to work with clients to define their site architecture and needs. This is a critical first step in creating an effective web presence.

  Category One Category Two
  $55 $75/hr.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Saturday , Sunday and Holiday production work subject to Overtime Rates and availability.

Campus-related productions must be paid for by Department Requisition with department account number and objectcode on record in advance .

Rates do not include tape stock and telephone usage.

Net 30 days. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
